The shipping which is automatically added when you place an order via our Bandcamp site is for REGULAR AIRMAIL ONLY!
Regular Airmail does NOT include any TRACKING NUMBER nor INSURANCE!
PLEASE keep in mind that YOU are the one who knows and decides if it's necessary or not to have your order shipped with or without tracking/insurance.
If you need or just prefer to have your order shipped with tracking and/or insurance, PLEASE make sure to include a message already when placing the initial order/payment.
We will then contact you with info on the additional cost.
As prices for different tracking/insurance options vary depending on your location, we cannot specify prices right here and now.

The customer is responsible for providing us with a correct shipping address.
If an order is lost in transport due to an incomplete or incorrect address, we cannot be held responsible. Neither are we responsible for postal service delays.
If an order is returned due to having provided us with an incorrect address, customer is responsible for paying any costs to re-ship the order. If we are charged a return fee due to having been given an incorrect address, we may refuse to re-send the shipment until said charge has been paid back to us by the costumer.
In the case that the accumulated shipping fee for an order allows it, we reserve the right to ship said order with tracking and/or insurance.
If an item is listed as “preorder” it means that you have the opportunity to buy it in advance. Items listed for preorder are in production and we have received a dispatch date from the factory, based on which we have announced the listed release- & shipping-date. The item’s estimated shipping date can be found on the product page.
We cannot not take responsibility for any unexpected problems or delays that are out of our control. If there are any delays we will updated customers promptly with any such information.
Logically, if an order includes one or more items that are on preorder, the complete order will be fulfilled and shipped once the pre-order-items are ready.
If you wish to receive the other items sooner you must place a separate order, or contact us to sort out possible additional shipping costs.
If the accumulated shipping fee for an order including a pre-order-item allows, we reserve the right to split up an order and ship out what's in stock.
- Return Policy
We are open to communication in the event of a problem with a faulty product. But in general we do not accept returns and all purchases are final.
We can only accept cancellations if we have not already packed or shipped out the order.
Any expenses that might have occurred in processing the order or payment transfer fees will be deducted when issuing the refund.
